Advanced installation process
Our installation process uses modern rigs equipped with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instrumentation. This technology monitors key parameters such as pile depth, penetration rate, drill resistance, concreting pressure, and extraction rate, which allows for efficient control throughout the installation process.

What are pre-cast concrete piles used for?
Pre-cast concrete piling is a common pile type used to install deep foundations. They can be used to support ground beams, pile caps and building slabs. In particular, pre-cast concrete piles are favoured for their versatility and cost-effectiveness. Suitable for soft ground conditions or instances of contaminated soil where shallower piles would not work, they can be used for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
What’s the installation process for pre-cast piles?
We supply your pre-cast concrete piles to the site and using our purpose-built piling rigs we position them ready for installation. Then, we use specialist equipment like impact or vibration hammers to drive the piles into the ground, carefully monitoring depth with our monitoring system.
Pre-cast vs cast in situ piles: when should you use each method?
For projects when timing is critical, pre-cast piling is the best solution. That’s because these piles are manufactured off-site then transported to the site for installation, as opposed to piles that are cast in situ. Pre-cast concrete is also more durable than in situ concrete as they are fabricated in controlled conditions.
