Pre-Stressed pile manufacturing facility

Our purpose-built manufacturing facility uses the latest technology and techniques from Holland, allowing us to provide unique and bespoke ground beams and piles for your project. We manufacture 200mm and 250mm square pre-stressed piles, along with customised precast beams designed to work with various piling systems.

On-site concrete batching plant

For consistency, quality and reliability in every product, our facility is equipped with a concrete batching plant. This allows us to mix concrete on-site for pile and beam manufacturing for superior control over the final result.

Bespoke foundation packages

Custom-made pre-cast beams

We offer tailored manufacturing solutions, including the production of bespoke precast beams that can be used with our range of piling systems. In 2024, we introduced new moulds and equipment, expanding our capabilities and allowing us to meet unique project requirements effectively.

In-house design team

With a highly experienced design and estimating team, we offer tailored solutions with professional support at every stage of your project. Where design is required, our team develops a bespoke plan to overcome challenges such as ground conditions, access and environmental restrictions to provide a cost-effective piling solution.

Since our establishment in 2000, we have continuously invested in advancing our offering. We moved to our purpose-built facility based in Chesterfield in 2016, extending this significantly in 2019 to boost production capacity and efficiency.

Our commitment to quality is evident through our many accreditations, with all production CE marked under controlled conditions. Alongside ISO9001:2015, we’ve achieved CARES Certificate of Approval, CHAS accreditation, and SafeMark Approval amongst many other reliable certifications.
