Due to continued expansion we are recruiting for a full time permanent Yard Operative based at our Renishaw premises.

Reporting to our Plant and Yard Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our busy yard.

• Safely receiving and offloading supplier deliveries.
• Loading supplier vehicles and company transport with plant and equipment.
• Moving, stacking, storing, and replenishing materials or equipment, ensuring items are securely stored and easy to locate.
• Keeping the yard tidy, organised, and free of hazards to maintain high safety standards.
• Completing company documentation in line with our Quality system and Company procedures.

Required skills:

• Current Forklift truck and telehandler licences are essential.
• Proven experience in a similar environment.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
