Renovating Industrial Units at Woodingdean Business Park – Brighton

This site previously housed a bakery, following demolition of this building, it was apparent that additional retaining walls were required to extend the basements onto the new building line. An agreed sequence of works was critical as both piling and excavation levels varied significantly across the site. Green Piling installed the main retaining wall plus two smaller retaining walls and bearing piles during a 4 week programme.
