Project Brief
In advance of the main piling we carried out a programme of trial bores and preliminary test piles, the results of which informed the design submission for the main works. The main works consisted over 430nr x 600mm diameter CFA piles (compression loads ranging 500KN to 2000KN [600KN tension / 100KN horizontal load] for 432nr apartments over two blocks. Other works including tower crane piles and additional load testing to working piles.
