Project Brief
CFA Piling was chosen for the development due to close proximity of adjacent retail outlets. Due to the loads required Green Piling’s design was based on 350 dia piles rather than the 300dia specified. Despite piling works being delayed due to issues on site ,works were still completed within the main contractors programme of works and stayed within budget. Dynamic load testing was undertaken , with the piles being temporarily cased to allow testing to be carried out.
