Our Housing Department is celebrating a major milestone following the successful achievement of NHBC Accepts certification—an accomplishment that highlights both the quality of our solutions and the expertise of the team behind them. This recognition has acted as a catalyst for growth, reinforcing the department’s position as a driving force within the company.

Led by Housing Director Aaron Haslam, the department has experienced rapid expansion, supported by a series of contract awards across the UK. This growth reflects increasing demand for reliable, innovative housing solutions and the trust placed in our team to deliver at scale.

A key factor in this success has been the consistent delivery of a wide range of housing projects using our bespoke G-sPan foundation system. Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern construction, the system has proven both versatile and efficient across multiple project types.

Our proven track record includes the successful delivery of projects for leading UK housebuilders such as Vistry, Persimmon Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and Barratt Redrow, alongside many others—demonstrating our ability to deliver at scale for some of the most recognised names in the industry.

In response to the changing requirements of the UK housing sector, the department continues to evolve. A recent development includes the introduction of 400mm and 450mm wide beams, complementing the existing 350mm range. This expansion enhances design flexibility and allows us to better meet diverse structural and site-specific demands.

All products are manufactured in-house, ensuring strict quality control and efficient production timelines. This capability is further strengthened by our bespoke design software, dedicated in-house design team, contract and site teams along with our own setting out engineers, enabling tailored solutions for each project and seamless collaboration from concept through to completion.
